| 1) Outlet part second pressure is drop |

1) Cause |
|
|
- Orifice size is small against to using capacity
- Gas supply is interrupted due to block gas filter
- Diaphragm is expanded due to long time using
- OPSO is locked up

2) Settlement |
|
|
- Replace suitable orifice according to using capacity
- Disassembly gas filter and cleaning inside
- Disassembly case and replace diaphragm
- Block inlet & outlet valve and release gas. And then, restore OPSO.

| 2) Outlet part second pressure is increasing |
|
1) Cause |
|
|
- Lock-up condition is bad due to valve seat or orifice wear, crack etc
- First stage inlet pressure is applied toward OPSO because of OPSO Shaft O-ring damage
- Assembly lever linked diaphragm operation is not good
- Volume changing is happen due to temperature
- First stage inlet pressure is applied due to orifice sealing condition

2) Settlement |
|
|
- Disconnecting case from pipe and replace valve seat and orifice
- Disconnecting OPSO from pipe and replace shaft O-ring
- Disassembly case and replace Assembly lever
- Keeping warm the expose pipe
- Re-assembly orifice sealing by sealing materials

| 3) In case of regulator hunting |
|
1) Cause |
|
|
- Orifice size is too much big against to capacity and pressure
- First stage pressure is unstabilized
- Inflow contamination materials or humidity to inside of second stage pipe
- Happening spring and diaphragm deformation due to long time use
- Large volume of gas is instantaneously & repeatedly flow and cut off.

2) Settlement |
|
|
- Replace suitable orifice according to using capacity and pressure
- Disassembly and inspect filter
- Remove inside of contamination materials and humidity
- Disassembly case and inspect and then replace spring and diaphragm
- Secure sufficient second stage pipe volume
